Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 June 2026

These terms set out the agreement between you and GAA Pitch when you use the service at gaapitch.com. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

The service

GAA Pitch is a web app that helps grassroots GAA coaches plan training sessions and produce visual pitch layouts. We provide the service as-is and we may change, add to, or remove features over time.

Your account

You need an account to use the planning features. Accounts are managed through Clerk and are for a single named person — please do not share your sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service in any way that breaks the law,
  • scrape, copy, or republish the GAA Pitch drill library or any part of the service for commercial resale,
  • upload content that infringes someone else’s copyright, is defamatory, or harms minors,
  • attempt to disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure, or gain unauthorised access to other users’ data.

Your content

The sessions and drills you create remain yours. By saving content to the service you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, process, and display it back to you so that the service works. We will only show your private content to you (or to accounts you explicitly share it with, if such a feature exists).

Drills that are part of the GAA Pitch shared library — drills marked as public in our catalogue — are authored or curated by us and remain our intellectual property. You can use them inside the service but you may not extract or republish them elsewhere.

Our intellectual property

The GAA Pitch name, logo, software, and shared drill library are owned by us and protected by copyright and trade-mark law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those rights to you.

Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account if it materially breaches these terms — usually after a warning, immediately if the breach is serious. On termination your right to use the service ends; the sections that by their nature survive (intellectual property, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

Disclaimers

GAA Pitch is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Sessions, drills, and coaching points are starting points for a coach — final judgement on what is appropriate for your players, including their safety, remains with you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAA Pitch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose — which, for free-tier users, is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change we will notify account holders by email. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when the current version was published. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland. Nothing in these terms removes or limits any consumer-protection rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
