The drill library

Every drill GAA Pitch builds sessions from, in one place to browse.

Browse the drills

Open the drill library to see the full catalogue, grouped by sport. No account needed — anyone can browse it. Every drill card shows:

  • A pitch diagram — where players, cones, and the ball go.
  • Skill tags — what the drill works on (striking, soloing, hand-pass, and so on).
  • Equipment — what you need to set it up.
  • Coaching points — the key things to call out, often with easier and harder variations.

Search and filter

Use the search box to find a drill by name, or the sport filter to narrow to hurling or football. The drills you see here are the same ones GAA Pitch draws on when it builds a session, and the ones you can swap in when building a session.

Coach

With Coach

  • Draft your own drills with AI — describe a drill and get three AI-drafted variations to choose from, saved to your own private library.
  • Your drills, kept separate — the drills you create appear in a Your drills section, marked so you can tell them apart, and only you can see them. Edit or delete them any time.
  • Add a video link — filmed your own drills? Paste a video link (e.g. a clip from your YouTube channel) and a Watch video button appears on the drill card and in your session sheets.
